Byron Culp is the Director of Business Development, overseeing the Firm’s business expansion, strategic marketing, and client relations initiatives.
Professional Experience
Byron is an accomplished and results-driven executive with more than two decades of sales, marketing and business development experience. Byron has provided financial guidance and solutions throughout the Orange County marketplace, with the personal mission of helping local companies grow. Targeted industries and businesses include wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, importers/exporters, professional services, medical, waste management, and non-profit organizations, to name a few.
Volunteer Experience
Beyond his professional commitments, Byron is deeply involved in community service, serving on the Board of Directors for WISEPlace, a local non-profit aiding unaccompanied, homeless women, active volunteering at his church, and is passionate about initiatives focusing on children, cancer, hunger and homelessness. Byron also serves of the Board of Deacons at Second Baptist Church of Santa Ana and is the Chairman of the Benevolence Committee.
Before joining WFY, Byron held similar positions with large and mid-sized financial institutions in Orange County.

Byron is married with four children. In his free time, Byron and his family provide meals to local homeless organizations and individuals. He is an avid golfer and enjoys football, baseball, basketball, and traveling the world.
