In September, Wright Ford Young & Co. had the pleasure of being a sponsor at two events. WFY was a title sponsor at Oak Valley College’s Dream Beyond Gala, and a royal flush sponsor at The Autism Community in Action’s Ante Up for Autism Dinner and Auction.
On September 17, WFY attended Oak Valley College’s Dream Beyond Gala at Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum. The day was filled with live music, food, and mocktails served in the Pat Nixon Gardens. After, the event continued with a presentation by OVC students followed by a clean comedy show by Magic Castle member Aaron O’Brien. All proceeds from the event benefited the Oak Valley College Scholarship Fund. The Oak Valley College Scholarship Fund helps students attend college and achieve their dream of receiving a degree.
WFY went to The Autism Community in Action’s 16th Annual Ante Up for Autism Dinner and Auction on September 24 at The Waterfront Beach Resort. The gala included cocktail hour, dinner, a live performance, and multiple auction items for attendees to bid. After dinner and the auction, people had the choice to enjoy more cocktails, snack on some post-dinner food, or gamble with faux casino chips for fun. TACA provides education, support and hope to families living with autism and help them live an independent life.
