We view Peer Review as more than a compliance requirement. When executed with rigor, it provides an independent assessment of the firm’s quality management systems—enhancing both effectiveness and credibility. Our approach emphasizes clear, timely communication and practical recommendations that support improved performance across accounting and attestation practices.
Specialized Expertise
We are members of both the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center and the Governmental Audit Quality Center, enabling us to perform peer reviews across a range of specialized areas, including employee benefit plans such as 401(k), 403(b), ESOP, and defined benefit plans. Each review is conducted with a high level of technical expertise and a focus on delivering a constructive, professional experience.
Leadership and Oversight
Cyndi LeBerthon, Partner, currently serves on—and is a former Chair of—the Peer Review Committee of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Her experience contributes directly to the quality, insight, and rigor we bring to every engagement.
