Four new hires joined Wright Ford Young & Co. in the month of June. Jonathan Smeragliuolo joined our Tax Department. Stephen Bruette, Mona Karimipour, and Eric Rueger joined our Audit Department. WFY is excited to have these new hires join our team.
Jonathan Smeragliuolo
Jonathan Smeragliuolo joined our Tax Department as our newest Tax Director. He’s been in accounting for 10 years and has worked at various firms. Jonathan’s experience includes many different sectors, but he mainly works with clients in real estate, manufacturing, and professional services. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, family, and working on updating his home.
Stephen Bruette
At the start of June, Stephen Bruette joined our Audit Department as a Senior Audit Manager. Stephen has worked in accounting for 10 years and started his career by working in accounting at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. Shortly after, he joined WFY for 4 years and then worked for BDO, LLP USA after moving to North Carolina. After 4 years at BDO, he is back at WFY working remotely. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys playing disc golf, spending time with his family, and watching professional hockey.
Mona Karimipour
In June, our Audit Department welcomed Mona Karimipour as Audit Staff. She graduated from California State University, Fullerton last month. Her experience in accounting includes working as a staff accountant at her previous job. Mona enjoys drawing and painting when she gets a chance outside of the office.
Eric Rueger
Eric Rueger started with WFY in our Audit Department as an Audit Intern. Eric currently attends University of California, Santa Barbara as an Economics and Accounting student. His hobbies during his spare time include surfing, golfing, and bowling.
