Accounting Today partners with Best Companies Group each year to recognize accounting firms that excel at creating positive workplace cultures and outstanding employee experiences. The annual awards program celebrates firms that are setting the standard for employee engagement, workplace satisfaction, and professional development across the accounting profession.
To determine this year’s winners, firms from across the country participated in a comprehensive two-part evaluation process. The first phase reviewed each firm’s workplace policies, practices, culture, leadership philosophy, and demographics. The second phase gathered direct feedback from employees through an anonymous survey designed to measure the overall employee experience.
The final rankings were based on the combined results of both evaluations. Best Companies Group managed the survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the list of top-performing firms.
