WFY is excited to welcome Brandon Mitchell to our audit department. Brandon brings a unique background, a passion for learning, and a client-focused mindset that will make him a valuable addition to our firm.
Brandon Mitchell
Brandon Mithcell joined WFY this month as our newest Audit Staff. Brandon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine before deciding to further his education by returning to school in 2025. He recently completed a Master of Accounting with a concentration in Data and Analytics from the University of Southern California, combining strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
Before joining WFY, Brandon worked in pediatric physical therapy, supporting toddlers and newborns experiencing developmental delays. This experience helped him develop patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, qualities that translate well into serving clients and collaborating with colleagues. As he begins his career in public accounting, Brandon’s immediate goal is to earn his CPA license. He is committed to continuously expanding his expertise so he can provide clients with an exceptional experience and trusted guidance.
Outside the office, Brandon enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hiking and exploring national parks. He also has an ambitious personal goal on the horizon: completing a full marathon one day.
