Ashley Petrie joined Wright Ford Young & Co. in July 2022. As an Estates & Trusts Tax Director, she assists high-net worth individuals with income tax planning and compliance, specializing in estates, trusts, and gifting.
Professional Experience
Ashley has over 14 years of experience in public accounting and income tax compliance. She has extensive experience working with clients in various areas of taxation, including individuals, estates and trusts, exempt organizations, and closely held businesses.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Hope International University and her Master of Science in Taxation from California State University, Fullerton. She is a licensed Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the state of California.
Volunteer Experience
Ashley currently serves as the treasurer for her daughter’s Girl Scouts troop and volunteers for her church.

Ashley has been married to her husband for over 10 years. Together they have three young children and two Golden Retrievers. Some of her favorite activities to do with her family include playing board games, trips to Mammoth, the beach, swimming and BBQs during the summer, and attending various sporting events throughout the year (both her children’s sports and professional).
