Richard joined Wright Ford Young & Co. in 2005. Richard overseas the technical aspects of new and existing tax laws to design client strategies to minimize taxes.
Richard holds his Masters Degree in Taxation and has a passion for creating long term tax strategies to help business owners minimize their tax burden.
Richard works extensively with real estate and business owners to design and structure long term entity and accounting method strategies focusing on the individual’s long term financial goals to grow and properly exit with minimal tax implications.
Prior to joining WFY, Richard was with a national CPA firm for four years and has over 20 years of public accounting taxation experience.
Richard enjoys visiting national parks, mountain biking and paddle boarding with his family.
Richard supports worthy local charitable causes like The Autism Community in Action (TACA).
